How We Ship

We take great care in packing your plants to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. All orders are carefully wrapped and cushioned to protect them during transit.

Shipping Seasons

Tubers

Late Winter - Early Spring

Tubers are shipped while dormant, typically February through April, depending on your growing zone. We'll hold orders if needed to ensure safe delivery timing.

Rooted Cuttings

Spring - Early Summer

Cuttings are shipped when well-rooted and hardened off, typically April through June. These are living plants and shipped with care.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information via email when your order ships.

When Your Order Arrives

Tubers: Open your package promptly. Tubers can be stored in a cool, dark place until planting time. Check for any eyes (growing points) beginning to sprout.
Cuttings: Unpack immediately and water if needed. Keep in bright, indirect light for a few days before moving to full sun. Harden off gradually before planting out.

Problems with Your Order?

If your plants arrive damaged or there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll work with you to make it right.
